Access level

You can configure access level to the such entities on platform as templates, dictionaries and scenarion scenario. There are four access levels available:

  1. Mailbox - only mailboxes which were granted access exclusively have access to such entity

  2. Account - all mailboxes within account have access to such entity

  3. Public - all mailboxes on the platform have access to such entity via search

  4. Official - all mailboxes on the platform have access to such entity in “Official” folder

Note

Official access level can be set to an entity only by system administrator.
